The Gaucho
The Gaucho embodies the essence of Argentinian cuisine, offering a delightful and unforgettable flavor experience. Inspired in particular by Chimichurri, the tangy, herbaceous condiment that holds a significant place in Argentina's culinary history and cultural traditions, this blend is at once herbaceous and smoky and savory and just a little spicy. Use it as a marinade or as a dry rub or mix it with olive oil and red wine vinegar to make a chimichurri-like sauce to serve with your favorite grilled meats or vegetables.

Ingredients: Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Thyme, Savory, Smoked Paprika, Garlic, Guajillo Chile, Black Pepper and Kosher Salt
