Herbes de Provence
Herbes de Provence is a blend of aromatic herbs originating from the Provence region in the southeastern part of France. With a history dating back centuries, this unique culinary mixture is deeply rooted in the rich cultural heritage of the area. It's a symphony of scent and flavor and if you just close your eyes you can almost visualize yourself walking through the Provençal countryside.
 
Available June through August.
 
Ingredients: Fennel, Rosemary, Thyme, Marjoram, Summer Savory, Basil, Tarragon, Chervil, Peppermint, and Lavender
