What You'll Need: 3 large eggs, 8 ounces (2 sticks) unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
 
Instructions: Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray, and preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter and allow to cool slightly. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk to combine. Add dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake 22-25 minutes or until the middle is just barely set. Allow to cool completely in the baking dish before slicing.
