Inspired by za'atar, a versatile and aromatic Middle Eastern spice blend whose origins can be traced back thousands of years to the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean region. Electric Za'atar offers a tantalizing balance of tanginess, nuttiness, and herbal complexity that elevates a wide range of dishes like flatbreads, roasted meats, salads, and dips.
