Crostini


Herbed Goat Cheese Crostini with Honey Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, thinly sliced

  • Olive oil

  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened

  • 1 tbsp English Garden spice blend

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, or basil) for garnish (optional)

  • Roughly chopped walnuts for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush both sides of baguette slices with olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

  2. In a small bowl, combine goat cheese with English Garden spice blend. Mix well until the spices are evenly incorporated.

  3. Spread a generous amount of the seasoned goat cheese onto each crostini.

  4. Drizzle each crostini with honey.

  5. Optional: Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs and/or chopped walnuts for an extra touch of flavor and color.
