Shrimp Skewers


Lemon-Herb Shrimp Skewers with Zesty Yogurt Dip

Ingredients for the Shrimp:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon-Herb Salt

  • 12 metal skewers (or wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes)


Ingredients for the Zesty Yogurt Dip:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon-Herb Salt


Instructions:

  1. Marinate the shrimp: In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and Lemon-Herb Salt. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
