The Best Bloody Mary Mix
Makes enough mix for approximately 6 cocktails
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups tomato juice, chilled
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup horseradish (not creamy)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Avalon Bay
Hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
Stir tomato juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, and Avalon Bay together in large pitcher. Add hot sauce to taste, if desired. If not using immediately, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
To make The Perfect Bloody Mary, salt the rim of a tall cocktail glass with my Chile-Lime Salt and fill glass with ice. Combine 6 fluid ounces of mix, 2 fluid ounces of vodka, and 1/4 cup ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and then strain into cocktail glass. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
