Holé Molé Guacamole
Makes about 4 cups guacamole
Ingredients:
4 large ripe avocados (2 cups mashed)
1/2 cup minced cilantro
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup corn kernels
1 serrano chile, seeded and minced (optional)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon Holé Molé
Kosher salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and season with kosher salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or alongside all of your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes!
